A thrilling action anime produced by Tokyo Movie, based on Monkey Punch's manga in Weekly Shonen Jump. Fighting-undefeated rascal high schooler Goro Deguchi earns the nickname "Bakuhatsu Goro" (Explosive Goro) at his new school, battling delinquent groups and great evils. Created by Monkey Punch in parallel with "Lupin III," the manga combines hard-boiled atmosphere with humor. The anime, produced just before "Lupin III" TV Part 1 (1971), shares cool and stylish direction. 26 episodes.
