Based on the shojo manga by Haruka Mitsui, serialized in Kodansha's "Monthly Nakayoshi," with over 1.75 million copies in circulation (as of December 2025). The second season is set in 2030, ten years after the characters' high school days, depicting the romantic lives of the now-adult protagonists. Manga editor Mizuho, medical resident Shin, and childhood friends Ai and Shugo reunite after a long time apart, setting a new love story in motion.
