Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister! is a TV anime based on the manga by Nekotoufu, serialized in Ichijinsha's Monthly ComicREX. The series has surpassed 1.2 million copies in cumulative circulation including digital editions (as of December 2023). Animation production is handled by Studio Bind. The story follows Mahiro Oyama, a shut-in NEET who wakes up one day transformed into a girl. It turns out his genius younger sister Mihari slipped a mysterious drug into his drink. Now forced to live life as a girl, Mahiro must navigate unfamiliar territory — from bathrooms and baths to skirts and bras. Along the way, he meets Mihari's former classmate Kaede Hozuki and her younger sister Momiji, making his daily life increasingly lively.
