A TV anime produced by Millepensee with project production by UNLIMITED PRODUCE by TMS. Based on the light novel by Miku, published under Kadokawa's Fantasia Bunko imprint, with original character designs by Rein Kuwashima. The web novel began serialization on the platform "Kakuyomu" in March 2017, and the series has surpassed 4 million copies in circulation worldwide (as of 2025). Spin-off novels include "Girls Side ~The Splendid Adventures of Maidens Changed the World~" and "Kaori Hojo Chronicles ~The Naive Young Lady Was Secretly Saving the World~" by Ryou Kotohira. The story follows Yuya Tenjo, a boy who has endured severe bullying his entire life and lost all hope. One day, he discovers a "door to another world" and, as the first person to visit this other realm, gains cheat-level abilities. Through extraordinary level-ups, Yuya transforms into a flawless young man in both appearance and ability. Traveling between the other world and the real world, he encounters Princess Lexia and school idol Kaori Hojo, facing threats in both worlds in this life-changing fantasy. The first season aired from April to June 2023 on TOKYO MX and other stations, spanning 13 episodes. Chief director and series composition by Shin Itagaki, directed by Shingo Tanabe, character design by Hiromi Kimura, and music by Akiyuki Tateyama. The main cast includes Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Yuya Tenjo, Akari Kito as Kaori Hojo, Kaori Maeda as Lexia Von Alceria, and Rina Hidaka as Yuti. The opening theme is "Gyakuten-geki" by Tsukuyomi, and the ending theme is "Hachimitsu" by Suga Shikao. An all-new TVSP is confirmed to air in March 2026.
