The series has exceeded 1.5 million copies in circulation (as of November 2024). Prince Wein Salema Arbalest of the small nation of Natra is a genius in both literary and military arts, but secretly wishes to sell off his country and retire. Together with his aide Ninym Ralei, he schemes to hand the nation over to a larger power, but his plans always backfire into unexpected success—diplomatic maneuvers yield enormous profits, and minor military operations end in overwhelming victories. Interacting with his sister Falanya and figures like Imperial Princess Lowellmina, Wein is paradoxically hailed as a brilliant ruler despite his best efforts otherwise. 12 episodes.
