An original TV anime produced by CloverWorks, with story composition and screenplay by Bio Shimokura of Nitroplus, and character designs by FiFS (Shuji Sogabe and Nanako Nonoka). On an artificial island in Tokyo Bay known as the "Far East Special Ward Outside the Law"—commonly called "the 24th Ward"—three childhood friends grew up: Shuta Aoi, Ran Akagi, and Koki Suido, each from different backgrounds with different personalities. A certain incident changed their relationship forever. A year later, reuniting by chance at a memorial service, their phones ring simultaneously with a call from Asumi Suido—who should be dead. She presents them with a choice about the future. Shuta, the athletic baker's son; Ran, a charismatic influencer; and Koki, the cool heir to the Suido financial group—each follows their own convictions to protect the future of the 24th Ward they love. 12 episodes.
