Originally from "Shosetsuka ni Naro," the series has exceeded 2.5 million copies in circulation (as of April 2022). Modern-day Japanese pharmaceutical researcher Kanji Yakutani dies from overwork and is reincarnated as Falma de Médicis, second son of the renowned court apothecary family de Médicis in another world. Combining his previous life's modern pharmaceutical knowledge with the cheat abilities of "matter creation" and "matter deletion" gained in this world, along with "divine arts" usable only by nobility, he opens a "Parallel World Pharmacy" to deliver truly effective medicine in a world rife with misguided treatments and superstitions. 12 episodes.
