A TV anime produced by CloverWorks, based on the manga by Somato serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump. Over 3.5 million copies in circulation (including digital and overseas, as of 2026). In the massive mansion "Shadows House" perched on a cliff, a faceless clan called "Shadows" resides. Each Shadow has a "Living Doll" servant who serves as their "face" and expresses emotions. Shadow girl Kate and her Living Doll Emilico navigate the mysterious daily life in the mansion while uncovering its terrifying secrets. A gothic mystery where they face trials called "the Debut" alongside peers John & Sean, Louise & Lou, and Patrick & Ricky. Season 1 has 13 episodes.
