A TV anime produced by SIGNAL.MD, based on the stage reading play by Bun-O Fujisawa (first performed in 2013). A manga adaptation with art by Karakaraen was published by Mag Garden. Set in Tokyo during Taisho 12 (1923), the story follows vampires who have lurked in the shadows since ancient times, feeding on human blood. Shutaro Kurusu, a member of the 16th Special Unit "Code Zero" — a military division centered around vampires — and commanding officer Colonel Yoshinobu Maeda confront vampire threats haunting the Imperial Capital. Poetry by Sakutaro Hagiwara enriches this Taisho Roman vampire ensemble drama. 13 episodes. Directed by Kohei Hatano. Music by Toshiyuki Muranaka.
