A TV anime produced by J.C.STAFF, part of the "BLUE REFLECTION Project" originating from Koei Tecmo Games' (Gust brand) RPG "BLUE REFLECTION: Sword of the Girl Who Dances in Illusions." Character designs by Mel Kishida. Hiori Hirahara, searching for her missing older sister Mitsuru, has a fateful encounter with transfer student Ruka Hanari. Hiori, who charges ahead on her own path, and the socially awkward Ruka are polar opposites, yet both come to possess the same ring called "Blue Reflection" and plunge into battles to stop the rampage of girls' emotions. 24 episodes (2-cour). Aired on MBS/TBS's "Animeism" block. Directed by Risako Yoshida. Music by Daisuke Shinoda.
