The Duke of Death and His Maid

A TV anime produced by J.C.STAFF, based on the manga by Inoue serialized on Shogakukan's "Sunday Webry," with over 1.8 million copies in circulation (as of 2023). The "Young Master," born into an aristocratic family, was cursed by the witch Sade at age five with the power to kill anything he touches. Shunned by his family and living in isolation in a mansion deep in the forest, he is attended by his maid Alice, who continues to make daring advances despite knowing about his curse. A romantic comedy depicting the frustrating love between two people who want to touch but cannot. The series also features butler Rob, the Young Master's sister Viola, and friends Cuff and Zain. The first season spans 12 episodes.
