My Senpai Is Annoying

A TV anime produced by Doga Kobo, based on the web manga by Shiromanta serialized on Ichijinsha's "comic POOL," originally gaining popularity from Twitter posts. Winner of the #1 spot in the Web Manga category of the "Next Manga Award 2018." The series has over 1.5 million copies in circulation (as of February 2025, including digital). Spanning 12 episodes, the story follows Futaba Igarashi, a petite second-year office worker at Itomaki Trading who hates being treated like a child and strives to be recognized as a capable adult. Her senior colleague Harumi Takeda is a large, boisterous, rough-around-the-edges but caring man whom Futaba constantly calls "annoying," though he is actually the one who supports her the most. Futaba gradually realizes her romantic feelings for Takeda. Meanwhile, a slow-burning romance develops between the cool beauty Momoko Sakurai and the shy programmer Sota Kazama.
