A TV anime produced by SUNRISE BEYOND, an original mecha anime project by SUNRISE BEYOND and BANDAI SPIRITS. Spanning 13 episodes (Part 1, October-December 2021), the story is set in 2061 when Japan has collapsed due to failed economic policies and declining population, becoming divided and occupied by four economic blocs: the North American Alliance, the Greater Eurasia Federation, the Asian Free Trade Pact, and the Oceanian Union. Amidst the subjugation, 16-year-old machine enthusiast Amou Shiiba encounters an autonomous AI named "Gai" and pilots the humanoid special mobile weapon AMAIM "Kenbu" that he built himself. Alongside Gashin Tetsuzuka (AI: Kei) and Shion Shishibe (AI: Nayuta), he joins the fight to reclaim Japan. Main cast includes Gen Sato as Amou, Natsumi Fujiwara as Gai, and Yuto Uemura as Gashin.
