An anime film produced by Shin-Ei Animation, based on the manga "Crayon Shin-chan" by Yoshito Usui (Futabasha). The 28th theatrical film in the series. The "Scribble Kingdom," a kingdom floating in the sky powered by people's doodles, faces collapse as doodling on the ground has drastically decreased with changing times. The Defense Minister launches "Operation Scribble" to force humans to draw. The kingdom's princess smuggles out the "Miracle Crayon," a treasure that materializes drawings, and entrusts it to the surface. Shinnosuke Nohara uses the Miracle Crayon to bring to life "Buriburizaemon," "Fake Nanako," and "Sasuke," forming a team of almost four heroes to fight for peace.
