A TV anime produced by P.A.WORKS, an original work by Five fairy scholars with series composition and screenplay by Ao Jyumonji. Nine years after a war where "fairy soldiers" wielded the power of fairy-possessed animals as weapons, protagonist Marlya Noel is assigned to Dorothea, a government agency investigating fairy-related incidents. Working with her partner Free Underbar, she discovers her childhood friend Veronica is involved in illegal fairy trafficking. As former fairy soldier Wolfran Row plots terrorism amid unstable post-war politics, Marlya and her allies fight for their own sense of justice. Aired from April to June 2019 (first cour) and October to December 2019 (second cour) for 24 episodes total. Cast includes Kana Ichinose as Marlya and Tomoaki Maeno as Free.
