A TV anime produced by LandQ Studios, planned by ADK Emotions. A complete remake celebrating the 50th anniversary of the classic 1968 horror anime "Humanoid Monster Bem." In "Libra City," where grandeur and decay, prosperity and poverty coexist across a canal, young female detective Sonia, assigned to the impoverished area called "OUTER," encounters three humanoid monsters while investigating mysterious cases. "Bem" fights evil to protect humans and dreams of becoming human, "Bela" admires humans and attends school, and "Belo" is disillusioned with society and absorbed in games. The three live in hiding, each carrying their own feelings. 12 episodes. Directed by Yoshinori Odaka.
