The second cour of the TV anime produced by Platinum Vision. Based on the manga by Amyuu serialized in Shueisha's Jump SQ. The latter half of the coming-of-age ensemble drama centered on the Tokise High School koto music club. Having grown through the Kanto Traditional Music Festival, the club members begin practicing a new piece, aiming for the national competition championship. Club president Takezo Kurata, former delinquent Chika Kudo with natural koto talent, and Satowa Hozuki from a prestigious koto family each pour their emotions into their performances. Competing against rivals Akira Dojima of Himesaka Girls' Academy and Tetsuki Takaoka of Meiryo High School, the Tokise koto club delivers a soul-stirring performance on the national stage.
