A TV anime produced by Madhouse. An original animation project by the Yorimoi Production Committee. High school girl Mari Tamaki (nicknamed Kimari) wants to start something new but cannot take the first step. When she meets Shirase Kobuchizawa, a girl determined to reach Antarctica, she joins forces with Hinata Miyake and Yuzuki Shiraishi to participate in a civilian Antarctic expedition. Directed by Atsuko Ishizuka with series composition by Jukki Hanada, the series was selected as one of the "Best TV Shows of 2018" by The New York Times.
