A TV anime produced by david production, based on the manga by Akane Shimizu serialized in Kodansha's "Monthly Shonen Sirius." The series has surpassed 5 million copies in circulation. Set inside the human body, the story anthropomorphizes body cells, centering on Red Blood Cell AE3803 and White Blood Cell U-1146 as they go about their daily work. Red blood cells deliver oxygen, white blood cells fight bacteria, and platelets fulfill their roles in protecting the body, depicted in a comedic yet educational manner.
