A detective action series set in the fictional city of Lisvaletta, following the mismatched duo of veteran detective Douglas Billingham and rookie detective Kirill Vrubel from the criminal investigation agency "SEVEN-O" as they pursue cases involving the illegal drug "Anthem." The series shines through the banter and buddy dynamic between the two. Main cast includes Junichi Suwabe (Doug) and Kouhei Amasaki (Kirill). 13 episodes total.
