The third season of this passionate sports anime about high schoolers devoted to competitive cycling follows Sakamichi Onoda's Sohoku High School cycling team as they challenge the Inter-High in their second year. With third-years like Yusuke Makishima graduated, a restructured Sohoku faces fierce battles against Hakone Academy and Kyoto Fushimi.
