A second season TV anime produced by P.A.WORKS, based on the novel by Tomihiko Morimi published by Gentosha, with over 500,000 copies in series sales. The second season of this fantasy set in Kyoto follows the prestigious tanuki family led by second son Yasaburo Shimogamo, alongside tengu and humans. The appearance of Tenmaya, who controls Kyoto's underworld, and the Nidaime returning from hell creates new turmoil in the three-way relationship between tanuki, tengu, and humans.
