A second season TV anime produced by TMS and Lerche, based on the 4-panel manga by Naoki Shigeno serialized in Hakusensha's Young Animal, with over 2 million copies in circulation. The second season of this gag anime follows Chidori, an airheaded kunoichi serving Oda Nobunaga, through the Warring States period. This season covers historical battles including the Ise-Nagashima Ikko Uprising and the Retreat from Kanegasaki from the comedic perspective of Chidori and her companions.
