A TV anime produced by LIDENFILMS, based on the manga by Musawo serialized in Kodansha Weekly Shonen Magazine. A romantic sci-fi drama set in a world where romantic relationships are mandated by government notification, following childhood friends Yukari Nejima and Misaki Takasaki as they struggle. In a society where the government scientifically determines optimal partners and a Love Prohibition Law applies at age 16, the two are torn between their assigned partners and each other.
