A TV anime produced by project No.9, a Sino-Japanese co-production based on the manga by Taiwanese artist Peng Jie. An action series depicting battles of Chronos Rulers who possess the ability to manipulate time. Protagonist Victor Petit is a Chronos Ruler fighting time-devouring demons while pursuing the mystery of his lost other half alongside companions.
