A TV anime produced by Studio Pierrot, based on the manga by Yuki Tabata serialized in Shueisha Weekly Shonen Jump, with over 18 million copies in series circulation (as of 2024). A classic battle fantasy where magicless boy Asta aims to become the Wizard King in a world where magic is everything. Asta obtains a five-leaf grimoire with anti-magic power and joins the Black Bulls, growing alongside companions. His rivalry with Yuno also drives the narrative.
