Kumamiko: Girl Meets Bear is a TV anime based on Masume Yoshimoto's manga serialized in KADOKAWA's Monthly Comic Flapper, aired from April 2016. This heartwarming comedy follows Machi Amayadori, a middle school shrine maiden living deep in the mountains of Tohoku, and Natsu, a talking bear.
