Charlotte is an original TV anime created and written by Jun Maeda, aired from July 2015. Produced by P.A.WORKS, it is set in a world where adolescents develop imperfect supernatural abilities. Protagonist Yu Otosaka, who can take over someone's body for five seconds, meets Nao Tomori, the student council president at Hoshinoumi Academy dedicated to protecting ability users, and becomes involved in the fate of those with powers.
