The File of Young Kindaichi R 2nd Season is the second season of the TV anime based on the manga with story by Seimaru Amagi and art by Fumiya Sato, serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine with over 100 million copies in circulation across the series. Aired from October 2015, the classic mystery anime follows Hajime Kindaichi, grandson of famous detective Kosuke Kindaichi, as he tackles difficult cases with his childhood friend Miyuki. The second season features new locked-room and serial murder mysteries. Produced by Toei Animation.
