Noragami is a TV anime based on Adachitoka's manga serialized in Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Magazine, with over 12 million copies in circulation. Aired from January 2014, produced by Bones, this action fantasy follows Yato, a nameless god without a shrine who works as a "Delivery God" granting wishes for 5-yen offerings. After meeting ordinary high school girl Hiyori Iki and taking on the boy spirit Yukine as his divine weapon, Yato embarks on adventures spanning the living world and the afterlife. The series gained popularity for its comedic character portrayals, serious battle sequences, and unique world-building rooted in Shinto mythology. 12 episodes.
