Captain Earth is an original TV anime produced by Bones, aired from April 2014. Directed by Takuya Igarashi with series composition by Yoji Enokido, this mecha action is set on Tanegashima, where boy Daichi Manatsu pilots the giant robot "Earth Engine" to fight against the mysterious "Kill-T-Gang" targeting Earth. He forms a team with childhood friend Teppei Arashi, enigmatic girl Hana, and genius hacker Akari Yomatsuri to defend the planet. Created by the reunited staff of "Star Driver: Kagayaki no Takuto." 25 episodes.
