The World Is Still Beautiful is a TV anime based on Dai Shiina's manga serialized in Hakusensha's Hana to Yume magazine, aired from April 2014. Produced by Studio Pierrot, the fantasy romance follows Nike, the fourth princess of the Rain Dukedom with the power to summon rain, who is sent to marry Livius I, the Sun King of the Grand Sun Kingdom. The story depicts the headstrong princess and the younger, willful boy king gradually falling for each other despite their clashes. Nike's singing voice that calls forth rain, the "Song of Rain-Making," holds the key to the narrative. 12 episodes.
