Glasslip is an original TV anime produced by P.A.Works, aired from July 2014. Directed by Junji Nishimura, this coming-of-age ensemble drama is set in Sakai, Fukui Prefecture, following Touko Fukami, daughter of a glass workshop owner, and her childhood friends. The arrival of transfer student Kakeru Okikura triggers Touko's ability to see "fragments of the future" in glass beads, subtly shifting the dynamics among the six friends. The series features P.A.Works' beautiful background art depicting Fukui's landscapes and delicate psychological portrayals. 13 episodes.
