Terror in Resonance is an original TV anime directed by Shinichiro Watanabe, aired from July 2014 in the Noitamina block. Produced by MAPPA, the shocking story follows two boys called Nine and Twelve, operating under the name "Sphinx," who carry out a series of bombing attacks in Tokyo. Through the perspectives of veteran detective Shibazaki and Lisa Mishima, a girl caught up in their actions, the true purpose and past of the boys-turned-terrorists are gradually revealed. The music by Yoko Kanno and the weighty drama addressing societal themes earned high international acclaim. 11 episodes.
