Invaders of the Rokujyoma!? is a TV anime based on Takehaya's light novel published by HJ Bunko (Hobby Japan), aired from July 2014. Produced by Silver Link, the slapstick romantic comedy follows high schooler Koutaro Satomi whose six-tatami-mat apartment room is suddenly invaded by ghost Sanae Higashihongan, magical girl Yurika Nijino, underground dweller Kiriha Kurano, and alien princess Theiamillis Gre Fortorthe. The series depicts the five-way struggle for ownership of the room and their resulting communal life. 12 episodes.
