Gundam Reconguista in G is a Gundam series TV anime with Yoshiyuki Tomino as chief director, aired from October 2014. Produced by Sunrise, the series is set in the far future of the Universal Century, the "Regild Century." Capital Guard cadet Bellri Zenam pilots the mysterious mobile suit "G-Self" captured from space pirates and gets embroiled in factional conflicts over an orbital elevator. The series attracted attention as a new-generation Gundam created by franchise originator Yoshiyuki Tomino. 26 episodes.
