Wolf Children

A feature-length animated film directed by Mamoru Hosoda and produced by Studio Chizu. The story follows Hana, a college student who falls in love with a wolf-man, and her 13-year journey raising their two wolf-children, Yuki and Ame, on her own. Moving from the city to the countryside, the film emotionally portrays the children's growth as they choose between living as humans or wolves. A major hit that earned 4.22 billion yen at the box office.
