An SF action series centering on Kyousuke Hyoubu, the leader of the esper organization "P.A.N.D.R.A," depicting the conflict between espers and normal humans. Featuring a more serious tone than the original, it explores Hyoubu's past, his convictions, and the battles of the espers he leads.
