The third season of the TV anime based on George Morikawa's manga. Produced by Madhouse. A new series of the passionate boxing anime depicting the fights of boxer Ippo Makunouchi and his allies. Features Mamoru Takamura's world title matches and Ippo's fierce battles against rivals. The rivalry with Ichiro Miyata and the growth of junior Manabu Itagaki are also highlights.
