Ro-Kyu-Bu! is based on Sagu Aoyama's light novel, produced by project No.9. Airing July-September 2011 (12 episodes), it follows high school freshman Subaru Hasegawa who becomes the coach of an elementary school girls' mini-basketball team after his own club is suspended. A sports-themed story blending comedy and heartfelt character development.
