A TV anime based on the manga by Nozomu Tamaki (serialized in Media Factory's Monthly Comic Flapper from 2005 to 2012, 14 volumes). Produced by Shaft and directed by Akiyuki Shinbo, with series composition by Hiroyuki Yoshino and music by Akio Dobashi. The 12-episode series aired on AT-X, Tokyo MX and others from January to April 2010. The story follows Mina Tepes, ruler of all vampires, who pays off Japan's national debt to build a vampire district called The Bund off Tokyo Bay. A dark fantasy about coexistence with humans alongside her werewolf protector Akira.
