Durarara!!

A TV anime based on Ryohgo Narita's light novel series (published by Dengeki Bunko, illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda). Produced by Brain's Base and directed by Takahiro Omori, it aired for 24 episodes from January to June 2010 on MBS/TBS. Set in Tokyo's Ikebukuro district, the series is an ensemble drama featuring a headless rider named Celty, the internet gang Dollars, information broker Izaya Orihara, and the superhumanly strong Shizuo Heiwajima. The story follows Mikado Ryuugamine as he moves to Ikebukuro. A 36-episode sequel, Durarara!!x2, was produced from 2015 to 2016.
