A TV anime produced by AIC PLUS+ based on the light novel by Okina Kamino published under MF Bunko J (Media Factory). Aired from July to September 2010 with 12 episodes. Ordinary Okinawan high school student Kio Kakazu meets a cat-eared beauty named Eris at a memorial service. She turns out to be an alien from the Catian race who has come to Earth to play. As secret organizations, government agencies, and even his childhood friends Manami and Aoi become entangled in the situation surrounding Eris, an epic sci-fi romantic comedy unfolds. Directed by Yoichi Ueda with series composition by Katsuhiko Takayama and character designs by Noriko Morishima. Main cast includes Mutsumi Tamura, Kanae Ito, Haruka Tomatsu, and Kana Hanazawa.
