A TV anime produced by J.C.STAFF based on the light novel by Masashi Okita published under Dengeki Bunko. Aired from July to September 2010 with 12 episodes. At the mammoth Otogi Academy, there exists an organization called the "Otogi Bank" that takes on student requests to build favors to be repaid later. The wild, tomboyish beauty Ryoko Okami and her deceptively angelic partner Ringo Akai tackle various requests alongside their colorful companions in this school romantic comedy. The story begins when timid boy Ryoshi Morino suddenly confesses to Ryoko and joins the Otogi Bank. Directed by Yoshiaki Iwasaki with series composition by Michiko Ito and character designs by Haruko Iizuka. Main cast includes Shizuka Ito, Kanae Ito, Miyu Irino, and Yui Horie.
