The sixth TV anime installment in the Digimon series, produced by Toei Animation. Middle schooler Taiki Kudo obtains a mysterious Digimon Xros Loader and is chosen as a "General," drawn into the Digital World. There he meets Shoutmon and allies, using "DigiXros" (fusion) instead of traditional evolution to power up and confront the Digital World's crisis. The series ran for 3 seasons totaling 79 episodes, the most in the franchise. Series directed by Tetsuya Endo with series composition by Riku Sanjo and music by Kosuke Yamashita.
