A TV anime produced by feel. and GAINAX, based on the manga by Yoshiichi Akahito serialized in Square Enix's Monthly Shonen Gangan. This is the second season continuing from "Shikabane Hime: Aka." As battles between the Shikabane Hime (Corpse Princesses) and the undead intensify, protagonist Ouri Kagami inherits the contract with Shikabane Hime Makina Hoshimura from the mortally wounded monk Keisei Tagami, and throws himself into battle alongside Makina while training as a contracted monk. He eventually confronts the secrets of his own birth and faces the final battle against Hokuto, the leader of the Seven Stars. Directed by Masahiko Murata with series composition by Sho Aikawa.
