A TV anime produced by Madhouse, based on the manga by Tetsuro Kasahara serialized in Shogakukan's Monthly IKKI, compiled into 10 volumes under the IKKI COMIX label. Set in Japan in the 2020s, the story follows Rin Ogata, a ballet prodigy whose dreams are shattered when she ruptures her Achilles tendon. After enrolling at Musashino University, she encounters a two-wheeled humanoid robot called a "Rideback" and discovers a natural talent for piloting the machine. However, the world is under the control of the GGP (Global Government Plan), and Rin is gradually drawn into a political struggle surrounding Ridebacks and a conflict that shakes the world. Directed by Atsushi Takahashi with series composition by Hideo Takayashiki.
