Natsu no Arashi! Akinaichuu is the second season of the TV anime based on Jin Kobayashi's manga, produced by SHAFT and directed by Akiyuki Shinbo. The story follows Sayoko Arashiyama, a ghost girl who died in the 1945 Yokohama air raids, and Hajime Yasaka, a modern-day student. The second season deepens the time-traveling narrative with distinctive visual direction and nostalgic atmosphere. 13 episodes from October to December 2009.
