A 12-episode surreal gag anime broadcast on Space Shower TV and WOWOW from January to April 2000, produced by Studio Pierrot. Created by Hideki Tanaka, the series is an expanded remake of the 1998 short anime "Super Milk-chan." Milk-chan appears to be an ordinary cute girl living with robot Tetsuko and pet Hanpen, but secretly works as a spy for the absurdist President.
