A fully original TV anime written and directed by Tatsuo Sato, produced by Madhouse. It aired on NHK-BS2's "Satellite Anime Theatre" from May 8 to December 4, 2001 (26 episodes). In the spring of 2070, a mysterious giant craft appears over Tokyo and the government announces that aliens exist. Junior high schooler Hajime Murata meets a new transfer student, Muryou Subaru, who possesses extraordinary powers. Through Muryou, Hajime is drawn into a vast cosmic drama surrounding Earth and the stars.
